In this case, click uninstall a program it will take us to the same list of programs, here all we have to do is click anywhere on the list and press m on our keyboard once again then we will look for Microsoft 365, Microsoft office 2017, 2019, etc and simply right-click on it, then click change.
When you see this on your screen over here, simply click quick repair and then click repair at the very bottom. If you are still unable to open programs after you run this quick repair do the same steps to get back to this window and then click online repair followed by repair. Note that the second option over here will require a little more time and requires an internet connection. After it runs through to completion, you should be able to launch up the program once again.

If you still having an issue at this point after following through with all the steps so far, try and restart your computer and see if the program works properly, if it still does not work at this point, your best option will be to fully re-install the Microsoft office suite.
So go to the start option, type in uninstall or control panel and then once again uninstall a program or programs and features then we will simply click anywhere, type in m again of course sorted by name that is and we will look for office 365. This time you will right-click and click uninstall and follow through with all the steps then proceed to re-download and reinstall office 365 2019, 2017, etc from scratch, though do note before you uninstall it.

2. Search Run
3. Click Run
4. Type MSConfig
5. Click the OK Button
6. Click Services
7. Click Enable All
8. Click Apply Button
9. Click the OK Button
10. Click Restart! This Will Restart Your Computer

1. Search Control Panel
2. Click Control Panel
3. Set View By As Category
4. Click Uninstall A Program
5. Click on Microsoft Office
6. Click Change
7. Click Repair
8. Click Close
9. Done

If they are not sorted in your document folder, etc, what exactly do I mean by this, well I simply mean something like your outlook pst where all of your saved emails are saved, when you uninstall there is a possibility that these files may be deleted even though I do not think that they will it is still a very good idea to make backups of important files such as the Microsoft office outlook pst file regardless once you go through a full reinstall things should be working properly.
