   Go Back to Data & Personalization, Find the Activity Controls box, and Select Manage Your Activity Controls.

   

9. Turn Off Search History Collection.

   Inside Activity Controls, Find the Toggle Switch for Web & App Activity. Toggle the Switch Off (so It Turns Gray) to Prevent Google from Saving Your Search History.
