Manufacturers have pages where you may download all of your PC’s drivers; they may even have software that identifies the essential drivers, so you don’t have to manually search for them.
If you constructed your own PC, you must get the drivers from the website of the hardware manufacturer. If your motherboard supports built-in Bluetooth connectivity, you can download the necessary drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Pairing a Bluetooth Device
Now that Bluetooth is enabled, activate the device you wish to pair and place it in Pairing Mode or Discovery Mode.

Pairing a Device that Doesn’t Show Up Automatically
