Step 1: Open Instagram and copy the video link
First, open Instagram and look for the video whose audio you want to get. Then, click on the icon with three dots and choose “Link” or “Copy Link” to copy the link to the video to your clipboard.

If you’re on a computer, you can either click on the three dots at the top of the Instagram post or copy the link to the video from the URL bar in your browser.

Step 2: Paste the video link into Kapwing
Go to Kapwing in your browser and click “Start editing” to open the video editor, or use their Video Conversion Tool and click “Start converting” to start the conversion process.
Paste your URL link into the box in the video editor to upload the video to Kapwing. Your Instagram video will be added to the timeline below automatically. If you want your MP3 file to be smaller, you can right-click on your project in the timeline and choose “Detach audio.” This will separate the audio from the video so you can delete the video.

Step 3: Export as MP3 and Download!
After You’ve Uploaded Your Video File, Click “export” to Open the Export Settings. You Can Change the Format of Your Project to Mp3 Here. Then You’ll Get a Message Telling You that Your Content Is Being Turned Into an Mp3 Audio File. if You Are Ready to Export, Select “export Audio” to Confirm.
The audio from your video will then be saved as an MP3 file that you can download to your phone and share on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
