How to Unlink Instagram and Facebook From the Instagram App
Here’s how to unlink your Instagram account from Facebook using the Instagram app for iOS and Android:

In the lower-right corner, tap your profile icon.

In the upper-right corner, tap the Menu icon (three lines).

Tap Settings.

Scroll down and tap Accounts Center.

Tap Accounts.

Select the account you want to remove and tap Remove.

When the confirmation message appears, tap Continue. If both accounts share the same login password, you will be required to change one of the passwords.

Using the Facebook app for iOS and Android, here’s how to disconnect Instagram from your Facebook account:

Limit Your Instagram-Facebook Interaction
If you want to keep some link between Instagram and Facebook, there are ways to do that. For instance, you can stop your posts from being instantly shared.
Go to the Accounts Center in either the Instagram or Facebook app and tap Sharing Across Profiles. Select your name, and then use the sliders to turn on or off Automatically Share for your posts or stories.
